#BookBlogWriMo - Day 9 - How Do I Make Sure I Post to my Blog

Today's topic is "How do I make sure I post to my blog?" And the answer is I don't really. I'm absolutely not good at making sure I post regularly. I've tried in the past by having themed days for reviews (giveaway win Wednesday, thrift store Thursday, short story Saturday/Sunday, review request Monday). I think my themed days lasted maybe three weeks before it got overwhelming for me. I don't actually have a problem making sure that I get my reviews posted to my blog though, when I have them ready, so I think that goes in the pros column.

I have also started participating in some things other than book reviews in order to post somewhat regularly. I take part in the Platypire Read-A-Thon which results in two posts per month (one at the beginning and one at the end). I also contribute to a review round-up which results in 2-4 posts a month depending on whether or not I remember to submit my reviews each week. And I started doing my Mail Call posts (which are not as popular as I'd like, but eh.)

I'm really not particularly worried about whether I post to the blog regularly though, because this is a hobby for me, I'm not getting paid for what I do here (I barely even make any money as an Amazon Associate, although maybe if I posted more often that would change, I dunno.)
