The world needs help to keep it clean. / It's Dino-Earth Day . . . let's go green!
Upbeat rhyming verse from Lisa Wheeler and playful illustrations from Barry Gott present many different ways to take care of the planet. The dinos ride bikes and scooters, clean up a park, plant an urban garden, visit a recycling center, and more. Celebrate Earth Day with your favorite dino friends!
I received a copy of this book through Netgalley. This is my honest review.
This was a fun rhyming story about dinosaurs taking care of modern day Earth. It was really silly with a lot of ideas for celebrating Earth Day in the way it was intended. It would definitely be a good book to read with your children for Earth Day, and other times too, because the way we teach people to actually care about the Earth is indoctrinating them when they're young.
The illustrations were colorful, bright and bold. Overall I give Dino-Earth Day 3.7924 out of 5 stars. - Katie
