This was a fun story about a monster trying to get your child to have a sleepover with them under the bed, because that's where monsters sleep and obviously your kid is also a monster and not a noisy child. There was a fair amount of wheedling and questioning to make sure that your child is in fact a monster and not a child because kids are scary.
I would absolutely read this book a few times because it was just a really fun read, kind of like There's a Monster at the End of This Book. Even though there aren't really any lessons to be learned or anything like that, I imagine kids would love it. Just don't be surprised if you find them sleeping under their bed afterwards. The illustrations were bold, colorful and fun.
