This week’s theme is new to me author's I discovered in 2022. Now like I mentioned in my favorite books of 2022 TTT post, I didn't really do a whole heck of a lot of reading in 2022 at all, so I'm going to twist this topic a little bit and just feature some books from my shelves that I won on Goodreads in 2022, because that's honestly basically the same thing as authors I discovered in 2022 (I just haven't read the books yet). Here we go.
Author: Ellen Alpsten
Author: Emily Thiede
Author: Kristina McMorris
Author: Cole Arthur Riley
Author: Casey McQuiston
Author: Fatima Ali and Tarajia Morrell
Author: Lyndall Gordon
Author: Mary-Alice Daniel
Author: Addison Fox
Author: S.K. Ali
Have you read any of these books? Or are there any that you think I should move higher up my TBR pile based on the cover?
What new authors did you discover in 2022? If you're stopping by from the linkup, please be sure to drop a link to your post below so I can stop by and check out your list too. - Katie
I have Love from Mecca to Medina on my TBR, hopefully I can read it soon.

Good luck with that. I'm not sure when I might get around to it because I have so many much older books I also want to read. Thanks for stopping by. - Katie
DeleteSavor sounds interesting.

A part of me thinks surely there will be some recipes in there...but that part isn't big enough to make me drop everything to find out now. Thanks for stopping by. - Katie
DeleteWow, great wins! I'm hoping to read This Vicious Grace this year and I really want to check out S.K. Ali's books cos I've heard great things about them. I hope you enjoy all these reads :)
ReplyDeleteThanks. Odds of me reading more than one of them within the next 12 months are pretty slim though. There's just always too many new good books coming out all the time. Thanks for stopping by. - Katie
DeleteI've been wanting to read The Ways We Hide! My TTT
ReplyDeleteThat's one that is more likely to end up higher on my list. I always forget blurbs, but the cover makes me think it's set around WWII and I love WWII fiction. Thanks for stopping by. - Katie
DeleteFatima Ali’s book is on my list. Thank you for sharing. Happy reading and happy Tuesday.

ReplyDeleteI hope so, since I haven't actually read the books yet I'm not super sure, but the covers all make me happy so...Thanks for stopping by. - Katie
DeleteI hope you enjoy all these books when you do read them!

Thanks. And thanks for stopping by. - Katie
DeleteCongrats on winning all those books! THE TSARINA'S DAUGHTER and THE WAYS WE HIDE are two I want to read as well. I hope we both enjoy them.
ReplyDeleteHappy TTT!
Thanks. Those are two that are definitely higher on my radar for now at least. Thanks for stopping by. - Katie
DeleteI haven't read any of them, but they look good.
ReplyDeleteHave a great week!

If it makes you feel any better, I haven't read any of them either! LOL. Thanks for stopping by. - Katie
DeleteGreat lis! So many of these are on my TBR, and I love Casey McQuiston books!
ReplyDeleteThanks for stopping by. - Katie
DeleteNice twist, and you had a heck of a lucky year winning these all!
ReplyDeleteHere is our Top Ten Tuesday. Thank you!
Oh, this is just a drop in the bucket of books I win on Goodreads. Granted most of my wins anymore are ebooks, but those get featured on Saturdays so... Thanks for stopping by. - Katie
DeleteThe cover of Savor is making me hungry!
ReplyDeleteThanks for visiting my Top Ten Tuesday list! :)
Girl, I have the same problem every time I look at it. Doesn't matter if I just ate or not. Thanks for stopping by. - Katie
DeleteI have the worst luck with the Goodreads giveaways! You really made out! A Coastline Is an Immeasurable Thing sounds really interesting. I don't read a lot of memoirs, but I will have to add that to my wish list. Love from Mecca to Medina looks like it will be fun. I haven't read the prequel, and will have to look for it.
ReplyDeleteThese books look amazing. I haven't read any of them myself. I'll have to check them out for sure ;)
ReplyDeleteSo great that you won all of these! Hope you'll love all of these too :)
ReplyDeleteThese authors are all new to me, glad you found so many new ones to love.
