*Stacking the Shelves* January 14, 2023

(Titles link to Amazon via Amazon Affiliate links)

Stacking The Shelves is a feature/weekly meme created by Reading Reality in which you share the books you are adding to your shelves, both physical and virtual. This means you can include books you buy in physical stores or online, books you borrow from friends or the library, review books, gifts and of course ebooks!

Now, I already have a monthly post I do featuring the books I get in the mail (and it's a lot because I have a serious Goodreads First Reads giveaway addiction), and I'm posting my monthly Read-A-Thon posts again too, which covers the books I receive through Netgalley. So my STS post will feature all the books I've been one-clicking on Amazon.

On that note, here are the books I picked up this week. All Goodreads First Reads ebook wins unless otherwise specified.

A Not So Meet Cute by Meghan Quinn - I one-clicked this book on sale for 99 cents. It is no longer on sale now though, but I knew I was going to want to read it after how much I enjoyed Resting Scrooge Face
The Dream Escape by T.H. Cini
All About Her by Marve Hendry
The Happy Doc Student Handbook: 7 Steps to Graduating with Your Sanity, Health, and Relationships Intact by Heather Frederick
Verity by Colleen Hoover - I one-clicked this one on sale for $2.99. It is no longer at sale at the time of this posting.
Hunting for Love by Kaci Lane - This was a freebie I one-clicked. I believe it should still be free at the time of posting.
Matched with her Fake Fiance by Britney M. Mills - I one-clicked this as a freebie. It should still be free at the time of posting.
Love in Bloom by Jenny Proctor - I snagged this one as a freebie. Should still be free at time of posting.
The Day We Met by Ash Keller - I grabbed this as a freebie. Should still be free now.
No More Bad Dates by Kate O'Keefe - Got this one as a freebie. I think it's still free now.
Designing Happily Ever After by Ellie Hall - I one-clicked this as a freebie. It ought to still be free at the time of posting.
Battleshipped by Savannah Scott - This was another freebie for me, and it should be for you too.
The Mostly Real McCoy by Julie Christianson - I got this book for free, and if you're quick you can as well.
Loving the Ladies' Man by Kristin Canary - Freebie. Should still be that way.
Love is a Battlefield by Whitney Dineen - I get a freebie, you get a freebie, we all get a freebie.
So Not My Thing by Melanie Jacobson - Here was a freebie for me. It should still be free at the time of posting.
Secrets of a Hollywood Matchmaker by Gigi Blume - This was another freebie I picked up this week. It ought to be free at the time of posting.

So that's all the books I added to my Amazon library this past week. Did you get any of these books too? What have you added to your shelves recently.

If you're stopping by from the linkup, please be sure to leave a link to your post below so I can stop by and see your new pretties. - Katie

  1. Wowzers, that's a lot of books. You must have the magic touch on those GR first read giveaways because I never get any. Or did you mean Amazon? I do get lots of freebie and sale clicks on Amazon but didn't think GR had a similar program.

    1. Well a lot of these are actually one-clicks, but any of the books that had no explanation were Goodreads wins. The secret: enter literally all of the giveaways and you're bound to win some. It's nice when I win ones that I get super excited about when entering though. Thanks for stopping by. - Katie

    1. I enter literally all of the giveaways. Law of averages means I have to win some of them. I think being more active on Goodreads might increase my odds, but that's just a theory that I haven't done any of the research to support. Thanks for stopping by. - Katie

    1. When they're free, why not, right? Now I just have to figure out how to squeeze them in between Netgalley reads. Thanks for stopping by. - Katie

  5. That is a huge haul! Living in Canada, we have limited chances for Goodreads sweepstakes but I get all the books I really want from Netgalley, Edelweiss and my library so I can’t complain. I hope you enjoy them all and have a wonderful week ahead!
