I requested a copy of this book on Netgalley in the hopes that I could rub my approval in the face of my arch-nemesis who is absolutely obsessed with Pusheen. The publisher made my dreams come true. This is my honest review.

The last time I found myself wanting to read a book about a comic character for a reason other than spite, the character was Happy Bunny. While I love the Pusheen stickers on Facebook, I just don't have the same obsession for the tubby cat that I still have for that sarcastic bunny. This was definitely a book you look at more than a book you read, and that's just not typically something that really appeals to me anymore.

This book did give me a lot to look at though, with the classic Pusheen style. If Pusheen comics are your thing, you'll definitely enjoy it. There were also a few sections of the text that made me chuckle, so it wasn't a complete waste for me on that front either.

Overall I give this book 4 out of 5 stars because it was pretty much what I was expecting, but that just wasn't something that greatly appeals to me on a personal level anymore. But again, if you're a major Pusheen fan, you'll almost certainly want this book. - Katie
