Review

Y'all, I need Chord Overstreet to star in more Christmas movies. I typically find the male leads in Christmas romances to be okay, I can see how other people would find them attractive, but I don't really feel it myself. Chord however...I would happily watch every single Christmas movie he is in.

I was weirdly bothered by Lohan's performance in this, but I think I was more hung up on how she looks. She looks like Lindsay Lohan and doesn't look like Lindsay Lohan all at the same time, at least she doesn't look like the Lindsay I remember. And yes, I know why, and I hope she continues healing, but I couldn't get past it, at least not on the first viewing.

Anyway, on to the story. It was adorable, and so classic Christmas romance. You've got a stranger in a small, snowy town that has it's very own Christmas market, spending time with the lovable and very charitable small town hunk. He's a widower, so his daughter gets to fall in love with the beautiful stranger too. There's an important Christmas wish, cookie baking, a Christmas party where a whole bunch of people come together to try and help solve the problem plaguing our hero, and a spoiled rotten heiress who not only falls in love with the small town hottie, but also learns the real meaning of Christmas. Of course, that's before she gets her memories back and finds out she's engaged. Oops.

Overall I definitely recommend checking out Cady Heron's Christmas movie on Netflix. Now I just need to find one starring Regina George and one starring Karen Smith and I'll have the whole gang covered. - Katie
