We are on to a new week for the Book Blogger Hop hosted by the lovely folks over at Ramblings of a Coffee Addicted Writer. This weeks questions is:
Can you recommend a book that catches the spirit of year-end thoughts or generates a sense of nostalgia in you? (submitted by Billy @ Coffee Addicted Writer)
There are loads of books that generate a sense of nostalgia in me, but like nostalgia for when I was a legal child. I still love The Goosebumps books, I really enjoyed reading several of them in October. It made me feel like a kid again. And YA thrillers, even new ones, tend to remind me of the YA thrillers that I was reading when I was a tweenager. But those aren't feelings reflecting on the past year. And I can't think of any books that give me those feelings. So I'm not really sure where to go with this question.
Do you have any book recommendations that catch the spirit of year-end thoughts?
If you're stopping by from the linkup, please be sure to drop a link to your post below so I can be sure to drop by and visit your post when I finally have time to sit in front of my computer. My parents are coming to town for the weekend, so I won't be around much until probably Monday evening after work. - Katie
