*Stacking the Shelves* 10 November 2018

(Titles link to Amazon via Amazon Affiliate links)

Stacking The Shelves is a feature/weekly meme created by Tynga’s Reviews in which you share the books you are adding to your shelves, both physical and virtual. This means you can include books you buy in physical stores or online, books you borrow from friends or the library, review books, gifts and of course ebooks!

Now, I already have a monthly post I do featuring the books I get in the mail (and it's a lot because I have a serious Goodreads First Reads giveaway addiction), and I'm posting my monthly Read-A-Thon posts again too, which covers the books I receive through Netgalley. So my STS post will feature all the books I've been one-clicking on Amazon.

On that note, here are the books I picked up this week. All Goodreads First Reads ebook wins unless otherwise specified.

Eternal White by T. Furuyama
Cities of the Common Man by Ben Hasskamp
After Terra: Year 200 by Daniel Craig
Something in Between by Melissa de la Cruz - I snagged this beauty on sale for just 99 cents (no longer on sale). I believe I saw it shared by one of the lovely ladies at Celebrity Readers, but I may be mistaken on that score.
Pride to Pack by Aimie Jennison - I got this book as a freebie (no longer free) after seeing it shared on Facebook.
The Vixen and the Vet by Kate Regnery - I grabbed this for free (still free) after seeing it shared somewhere on Facebook.
Snowed in with the Cowboy by Maisey Yates - I grabbed this book on sale for just 99 cents (no longer on sale) because it'll be a great read for my 12 Books of Christmas reading challenge.
A Gift From the Comfort Food Cafe by Debbie Johnson - I snagged this book on sale for just 99 cents (no longer on sale), again because it'll be great for the 12 Books of Christmas reading challenge.
My Kind of Christmas by Robyn Carr - I grabbed this beauty on sale for just $1.99 (no longer on sale). If you can't figure out why by now, there is probably no hope for you. LOL.
A Will & A Way by Nora Roberts - I got this book on sale for just $1.99 (no longer on sale) because it'll be a good read for my 12 Books of Christmas reading challenge (the title is not nearly as obvious as the previous book on this list).
Cinder & Ella by Kelly Oram - I snagged this book on sale for just 99 cents (maybe still on sale) after seeing it shared on Facebook by the Celebrity Readers. I know I'm right on this one, because they mentioned how the book made my arch-nemesis cry, which is good enough reason for me to support the author with a purchase.
Moxie by Jennifer Mathieu - I grabbed this book on sale for just $2.99 (maybe still on sale). I'd had my eye on it when it first released, so catching it on sale was a major bonus for me.
The Little Christmas Teashop of Second Chances - I grabbed this book for just 99 cents (maybe still 99 cents). I think you all know why.
No One Cancels Christmas by Zara Stoneley - I grabbed this beauty for just 99 cents (maybe still 99 cents). It seems like it might be somewhat similar to Christmas with the Kranks (based on the title).
The Christmas Wish by Tilly Tennant - I snagged this book for just 99 cents (maybe still 99 cents). In case you're not aware yet, this is the time of year when I go a wee bit crazy one-clicking cheap holiday themed books on Amazon.
Snowflakes Over Holly Cove by Lucy Coleman - I snagged this book for just 99 cents (maybe still 99 cents). I just can't resist an obvious holiday themed novel when it's so cheap.
Snowy Nights at the Lonely Hearts Hotel by Karen King - I grabbed this book for just 99 cents (maybe still 99 cents).
The Candy Cane Kiss by Maggie Dallen - I grabbed this book for free (no longer free) after seeing it shared somewhere on Facebook.
Wendall's Lullaby by Kip Koelsch
Public Speaking Super Powers: Unleash Your Inner Speaking Superhero and Communicate Your Message with Confidence by Carma Spence
The Coyote by Pete Simons

So that's all the new books I picked up this past week. A lot of new holiday themed novels for me to read in the next few months (or the next few years for the 12 Books of Christmas reading challenge).

What new books have you added to your shelves recently? - Katie

    1. I don't typically go for cheesy romance novels, except for at Christmas time, and then I got a little bit nuts. I don't know what it is about the holiday season, but it turns me into a huge girl. LOL. I'd love to have you join in the challenge. It's pretty relaxed so that everyone can join in without it stressing them out more during the already busy holiday season.

And thanks for stopping by. - Katie
