This week’s theme is animal companions. In the past, I've pulled books off my bookshelves that feature animals on the cover for similar themes, which means I need to not do that now because I'd probably pull several of the same books that I've already featured. So I'm going to scan through my Netgalley backlog and see how many of those covers feature animal companions. Let's go.
Under Rose-Tainted Skies by Louise Gornall
Betwixters: Once Upon a Time by Laura C Cantu
When I first started looking through my Netgalley backlog for this post, I thought I was in trouble. I got through three whole pages of books before I found the first animal on the cover. In the end, I've still got 18 pages of books from Netgalley left to look through, and already hit ten. Any of these books that you think I should read sooner rather than later?
What animal companions did you feature this week? If you're stopping by from the linkup, please be sure to drop a link to your post below so I can be sure to visit you too. - Katie
The Girl in Red...frightening cover. The WOLF is too large!
ReplyDeleteI've only read White Stag, a long time ago, and liked it well enough. But I never went back to the series (I think it was a series)
ReplyDeleteWhat a good idea but what a scary number of books you must have on your Netgalley shelf! 😁

I had to make sure that I had 10 before committing to the theme!
ReplyDeleteThese covers look pretty.
Have a great week!

The Girl in Red has such a cool cover.
ReplyDeleteThe Girl in Red looks awesome! So does The Last House on Needless Street.
ReplyDeleteOMG! You chose Vespertine!!! I should have thought about that! I love that book!
ReplyDeleteI did the same thing for my list today, although I chose books from my TBR list. If it weren't for all the cozy mysteries on my list, I would have had a REALLY hard time finding ten! Ha ha.
ReplyDeleteHappy TTT!
The Girl in Red looks like it could be interesting. Love these covers.
ReplyDeleteHere is our Top Ten Tuesday. Thank you!
