Review

I received a copy of this book through the Goodreads First Reads giveaway program in the hopes that I would leave an honest review.

This book was too short for the amount of stuff crammed into it. It had the worst case of instal-love I've read in a long time, if not ever, and there was nothing to support it. The main characters barely had any interactions with each other that we got to see, so I could not see much of a connection between them at all.

Another thing that struck me as odd is that the female MC lives in a two-story house in Dallas with no roommates, and she can somehow afford that on a hotel desk clerks salary. I realize this is fiction, but really?

Overall I give this book 2 out of 5 stars because the basic idea was intriguing, but the delivery needs a lot of work and some expansion. - Katie
