Discover the wonderful lost world of dinosaurs!

Get out your magnifying glass, little detective, and go on a journey into the astonishing world of dinosaurs. Flying or swimming, big or small, with feathers or scales: You'll discover many fascinating facts about the reptiles that roamed the Earth millions of years ago.

Have fun playing detective and spot hidden objects in the vibrant and playful scenes. Specially conceived for little ones, this book sharpens observation skills and stimulates the imagination. With bonus look-and-find activity ideas!

I received a copy of this book through Netgalley. This is my honest review.

This was a mildly informative seek and find book, which is more impressive now that I know it's also a board book (because I NEVER learn my lesson and look at that when downloading books on Netgalley). It was not a Where's Waldo level of difficulty so I got to feel super smart when I found each dinosaur in mere seconds (lol). I'm fairly certain the seek and find aspect is mostly to keep kids engaged, not so much for us adults. I learned that what I've always thought were flying dinosaurs weren't actually dinosaurs though, like the pteranodon. So that's kind of cool. It's not often I learn things from board books at my age.

The illustrations used bold, bright colors and solid lines. No soft fuzziness here. This is a book that I could pretty easily be talked into reading a few times, even though it's a little more dry than most kids books. Overall I give it 4.2 out of 5 stars. - Katie
