*Stacking the Shelves* 1 December 2018

(Titles link to Amazon via Amazon Affiliate links)

Stacking The Shelves is a feature/weekly meme created by Tynga’s Reviews in which you share the books you are adding to your shelves, both physical and virtual. This means you can include books you buy in physical stores or online, books you borrow from friends or the library, review books, gifts and of course ebooks!

Now, I already have a monthly post I do featuring the books I get in the mail (and it's a lot because I have a serious Goodreads First Reads giveaway addiction), and I'm posting my monthly Read-A-Thon posts again too, which covers the books I receive through Netgalley. So my STS post will feature all the books I've been one-clicking on Amazon.

On that note, here are the books I picked up this week. All Goodreads First Reads ebook wins unless otherwise specified.

Christmas on Mistletoe Lane by Annie Rains - I snagged this festive holiday book on sale for just $1.99 (no longer on sale).
Mistletoe at Moonglow by Deborah Garner - I snagged this book for free (no longer free) after attending a release party for the author and being pre-warned about the sale (so I added it to my wish list so I'd catch it for sure).
Unlight by Chandra Shekhar
Tainted: Lance and Mary by Tess Thompson
The Questing by Kathryn Le Veque - I snagged this as a freebie (no longer free). I believe I saw it shared by the author on Facebook.
Queen of Lost Stars by Kathryn Le Veque - I grabbed this book for free (no longer free). It was definitely shared by the author on Facebook.
Leader of Titans by Kathryn Le Veque - I got this book for free (no longer free). It was shared by the author on Facebook with the previous two books.
Tangled Up in Blue by Jackie Meeks - I snagged this book for free (no longer free). I'm not sure where I saw it posted though.
A Gift From Venus by Gina Lypaczewski
Your Pick: Selected Stories by V.S. Kemanis
Part of Your World by Liz Braswell - I snagged this on sale for $1.99 (no longer on sale) during Cyber Monday weekend sales.
Sea Witch by Sarah Henning - I snagged this on sale for just $1.99 (no longer on sale) during Cyber Monday weekend sales. I've wanted this book since I saw it floating around the blogosphere pre-release, so catching it on sale was pretty awesome.
Once Upon a Dream by Liz Braswell - I was able to grab this book on sale for just $1.99 (no longer on sale) during the Cyber Monday weekend sales.
Oynx and Ivory by Mindee Arnett - I got this book on sale for just $1.99 (no longer on sale) during the Cyber Monday weekend sales.
Slay Bells Ring by Karen Rose Smith - I snagged this book on sale for just 99 cents (no longer on sale) during the Cyber Monday weekend sales.
Hidden Wings by Cameo Renae - I snagged this book for free (no longer free). I don't know where I saw it shared though.
In the Matter of Megan Pfeiffer by William Cheevers
Vox by Christina Dalcher - I snagged this book on sale for just $1.99 (no longer on sale) on Cyber Monday. I'd gotten a copy of it through Penguin's First to Read program, but my loan expired before I had the time to read it.
The Dutch Wife by Ellen Keith - I grabbed this book on sale for just $2.99 (no longer on sale) on Cyber Monday. It's set during WWII, so it's right up my alley.
Cowboy It's Cold Outside by Lori Wilde - I grabbed this book on sale for just $1.99 (no longer on sale, but only $3.99 now). It'll be a great read for the 12 Books of Christmas reading challenge at some point.
Children of Blood and Bone by Tomi Adeyemi - I got this book on sale for just $2.99 (no longer on sale). I previously read and reviewed a sneak peek of the book and absolutely fell in love with the characters just from that, so I knew I needed this book when I saw it on sale.
Cress by Marissa Meyer - I grabbed this book on sale for just $2.99 (no longer on sale). I know most of the Platypire's really like this series, and since I enjoy both fairytale retellings and science fiction, I should too (and I already owned most of the books in the series).
A Woman of the Road by Amy Wolf
Twelve Slays of Christmas by Jacqueline Frost - I snagged this book on sale for just $1.99 (maybe still on sale). I'm sure it will be a great 12 Books of Christmas reading challenge read at some point.
More Than Once by Elizabeth Briggs - I snagged this book for free (no longer free). I have no idea where I saw it shared.
The Weaver Takes a Wife by Sheri Cobb South - I snagged this for free (maybe still free, and the Audible book is free if you have the Audible Romance Package). I believe I saw this shared by the author on Facebook.
After Emily: Two Remarkable Women and the Legacy of America's Greatest Poet by Julie Dobrow
We Are Omega by Justin Woolley
Jayda's Christmas Wish by Amy Sparling - I snagged this festive holiday novella for free (no longer free). I found out it was free because I signed up for alerts from the group of authors offering the Christmas story promotion (thanks to a heads up about it from the Celebrity Readers).
Getting Naughty...and Nice: Naughty and Nice in Sapphire Falls by Erin Nicholas - I snagged this festive duo for free (maybe still free) possibly after seeing it shared by the author on Facebook.
A Land of Glass and Fire by Sam Ferguson - I snagged this book as a freebie (maybe still free) after being alerted to it's free status through an author newsletter.
Secrets at the Keep by Eric Buffington - I grabbed this book for free (maybe still free) from that same author newsletter.
Codex of Light by E.P. Stein - I snagged this book for free (no longer free) from that author newsletter.
The Former Assassin by Nikki Stern
Fat Girl by K.L. Montgomery - I snagged this book for free (maybe still free) after seeing it shared by I think the author on Facebook.
Jackaby by William Ritter - I snagged this book on sale for just $1.99 (maybe still on sale). I noticed that the series was included in Amazon's Cyber Monday series sale selection, and I already owned two of the books in it.
Ghostly Echoes by William Ritter - I grabbed this book on sale for just $1.99 (maybe still on sale). It was the other book I needed to complete the Jackaby series (as it stands now at least).
Webs of Perception by Darlene Quinn
Winter Loon by Susan Bernhard - This was my Amazon First Reads book selection for November (and I just barely made it in time!)
Murder for Christmas by Francis Duncan - I snagged this book on sale for just $2.99 (no longer on sale). I figure it'll be a great 12 Books of Christmas read at a later date.
A Vineyard Christmas by Jean Stone - I grabbed this book for the bargain price of just $2.99 (no longer on sale). It's another book I will at some point be reading for the 12 Books of Christmas reading challenge.

And that is all the new books I've added to my virtual shelves this past week. I went a wee bit crazy hitting the Cyber-Monday weekend deals and festive holiday books.

What new books have you added to your shelves recently? - Katie
