It was so hard to find a book that I could connect with. I still can't read anything where harm comes to a child. Becoming a mom has changed that for me. Great list! I really enjoyed it :)

Megan - My Top Ten Tuesday
Anonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/01606252962277652737noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-819285584629633867.post-53096179933378148502018-08-21T16:09:00.077-07:002018-08-21T16:09:00.077-07:00Great suggestions! That keeps me reading.

Aj @ Read All The Things!
Aj @ Read All The Things!https://www.blogger.com/profile/02860483414620371093noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-819285584629633867.post-4317119898585469182018-08-21T15:51:20.879-07:002018-08-21T15:51:20.879-07:00I remember being unable to jump back into reading ...I remember being unable to jump back into reading after my son was born. I felt so tired all the time, and picking up a book wasn't the best way to spend my time. My husband is also military, so I get it -- been there. There's just not enough words to express all the feels that go along with that. After the girls were born, I actually found more time to read. Twins eat a lot, and since I was breastfeeding, I was sitting down a lot. I tried to feed them simultaneously, so reading gave my hands something to do, and it entertained my mind over endless hours of hungry babies.

I think you just have to figure out where books and reading fit into your new life, and that took me years to do. It's why I stopped blogging after my first, and came back to it after the twins. It's going to be different for everyone. :)

Lindsi @ Do You Dog-ear?Lindsi https://www.blogger.com/profile/13480991226741687503noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-819285584629633867.post-18329216612723819862018-08-21T07:11:57.413-07:002018-08-21T07:11:57.413-07:00Ooh interesting finding tips for different reading...Ooh interesting finding tips for different reading slump situations!
My TTT: https://jjbookblog.wordpress.com/2018/08/21/top-ten-tuesday-173/iloveheartlandXhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/10040647634981408350noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-819285584629633867.post-59611900323226002672018-08-21T07:08:28.581-07:002018-08-21T07:08:28.581-07:00Yes, switching genres usually does the trick for m...Yes, switching genres usually does the trick for me.
