If you were stranded on a deserted island, which ONE book could you not live without? (submitted by Megan @ Ginger Mom & the Kindle Quest)SAS Survival Handbook, Third Edition: The Ultimate Guide to Surviving Anywhere by John "Lofty" Wiseman is the book I would need to take with me to ensure my survival on a deserted island. There is not a doubt in my mind that without it, I would not survive long at all. I am so not an outdoorsy person (I don't even like sitting out in my backyard to read), so I would need a book that would help me with actual survival.

Love this answer! My hope is that I have someone who understands all the survival skill stuff because it surviving off the grid is definitely not in my skill set!
