A deadly threat forces them to leave their homes to start a new and safer life in a small town on the other side of the planet. Another unexpected tragedy makes her hate him all over again, and this time, she is not the only one.

When the most powerful witch in existence threatens their town and thus their lives, they know they have to find a way to kill her and her warlocks, and together, they just might be able to do so.

Vadym, leader of the Vampiri, now has to recover the love of his life as well as the love of his daughter. Not an easy task. What he doesn´t remember, is that it is only a matter of time until Lilith forces the deadline on them, threatening to kill the only woman meant for him...

Excerpt
I can’t ignore the order he has just given me. It has not been an explicit order, but I know him. If I ignore it, he will come to me and turn me around himself. I don’t want that. I don’t want him to touch me.
His unique scent is already wreaking havoc in me.
So I turn to face him. I cannot allow myself to react, but I lean against the door because my legs are shaking.
He has matured. He seems older, though Vampiri stop aging as soon as maturity is reached on our 30th birthday. His black hair is shorter than what it used to be and it seems to curl up by his nape. Oh what I’d give to thread my fingers… No! I can’t think like that.
It’s his birthday soon. He might think I won’t remember, but I do. I remember everything.
I don’t look him in the eyes, but the thick mane, the regal nose, those thick lips, that beard; they all make his face more than memorable. I feel my fangs throb; my body comes alive before his very presence.
This was a mistake.
I should have never come.
I'm going to go.
I turn around and try to open the door, which is locked. I hear the rumble of his laughter behind me.
“I do not remember you being such a coward, Ely.”
Furious, I turn back around.
“I'm not a coward; I just decided you do not deserve to be in my presence.”
His gray eyes sparkle with humor and his pursed lips tell me that he’s trying to hold his laughter.
My throat feels suddenly dry when I see he is wearing a sleeveless shirt, which is stuck to his body, outlining every muscle. His sweatpants show a bulge I remember well, and I quickly divert my eyes. Anyone would look ridiculous dressed like that, but Vadym makes it look like he’s modeling. My eyes wander back, unable to ignore the bulge that is growing larger before my very eyes.
Automatically, I look at his shoulder, Where after all these years, I see it again.
There it is.
Proof that we belong together.
The letter E.
My initial.
I feel weak. Fragile. Emotionally exhausted. But that mark reminds me I'm alive. He rolls his shoulders making my initial on his skin move as if it were something real.
I open my mouth. I can’t breathe.
Why do I still feel this?

 About the Author

S.J. Blackrose is the author of the new Paranormal Romance Blood Moon series. An avid reader since she can remember, her love for books eventually led her to make up her own stories and share them with friends.

For over two years she worked on writing paranormal fan fiction, as well as contemporary and erotic stories, until she felt like it was time for more. Now, she's taking it a step further by diving into the Indie world with her debut novel, Eternal Bloodthirst.

Given her love for sexy Alpha male vampires, it's no surprise that S.J. decided to write about these characters. Eternal Bloodthirst will be number one in the Blood Moon series and there is a lot more where that came from since she is already planning several more books in this series. There are also plans for other projects in the future.

Interview

What inspired you to become an author?
I´ve been reading ever since I can remember and I always used to come up with alternative endings to some of the books I read. Eventually a friend suggested to write some fanfiction and ideas just started pouring out of me, so one day I decided to go for it and try to become an author. So here I am :D

I assume all authors also love to read, so what book inspired your love of reading?
Roald Dahl was my first favorite author and the one who hooked me for life.

How old were you when you wrote your first story?
I must have been around 12. Me and a friend did a shared story thing (I wrote a page, she wrote a page) I haven’t really stopped since.

Who are some of your favorite authors now?
J.R. Ward is the one who inspires me the most, but I love a variety of authors. Melanie Shawn, L.A. Casey, Sawyer Bennett, Katy Evans, Belle Aurora, Harper Sloan, Jade West, Nina G. Jones, Katerina Martinez, Kresley Cole, Cherise Sinclair, Zoe York, T. Gephart – And many, many others.

Are you a plotter or a pantser?
I used to be a complete pantser. I´m not a complete plotter still, but I do tend to plan the whole story now before I start writing.

Are your characters based on people you know?
No. Though I do give them little annoying traits based on people I know.

What are some of your writing rituals?
I don´t really have any rituals, or at least none that I am consciously aware off.

How do other books influence your writing?
More than once I have had an idea and then read a similar idea in another book, so obviously it helps me in trying to be more creative.

How do you get motivated to sit down and write with all the real world interruptions?
It´s not easy. But once I force myself to sit down, find my wi-fi free spot and start writing, the words just start flowing.

Which one of your books is your favorite?
I´ve only got one published book, Eternal Bloodthirst, so I´m going to say this one :D

If you could have a writing retreat anywhere in the world, where would you want it to be and why?
I would go back to the country I was born in, Holland, and I would get a little house in a small town. I love the cold weather there, and the relaxed atmosphere of the smaller villages. It´s a very laid back country so perfect to get inspiration and write in peace.

If your main character were an alcoholic beverage, which beverage would they be and why?
I think Ely would be shandy; part beer, so there is the alcohol, but mostly soft drink, cause she´s a softie! She tries to be tough but doesn´t quite make the cut.
Vadym would be like the whiskey he loves so much, because it´s smooth yet complex at the same time, and it burns you from the inside out…

If you could live in a fictional world, which world would you choose and why?
I would live in the world J.R. Ward has created. Those alpha male vampires would be awesome to know.

What’s the best way to hide a body?
Well that escalated quickly… I feel like I am missing something here… Uh… throw it in the sea?
